Archive for the ‘Dolphin’ Category

May was great! we spent the whole month fishing out of Marsh Harbour Bahamas. The dolphin and marlin fishing was great! check out the new fishing videos posted on our first page. Most of the dolphin were 20 to 40 lb range. We released three bill fish in about an hour in the jib tournament, sweeping the billfish release category. But the night time snapper fishing was off the hizzy, and that’s something we have coming up this month here in Sebastian, night time snapper trips starting next week and through the moon we’ll be targeting those picky fish that wont bite during the day because there feeding at night. We spank them at night this time every year. so If you want to try something different get booked.  mangrove snappers over 10 lb are not uncommon and 20 plus fish a night. with big grays and reds snapper mixed in. I promise the next pics I post will make you cry. That is if your NOT IN THEM!! We’re still catching some dolphin . We caught a couple today and pulled the hook on one over 20lb. there was king fish up and down the 80ft reef. Well Time to rig for tomorrow. “FISH ON GOTTA GO” Capt. Terry

April has started with a bang. With good numbers of dolphin. Lots of schoolies, with some nice gaffers mixed in. The cobias are also still popping up. the dolphin have been on weed lines between 125 and 200 ft. Most of the cobia have been in the 50 to 60 ft range.  I feel some of the best fishing is yet to come. when this weather calms and the water clears we will see some great grouper and snapper fishing as well. So lets go catch some memories. “FISH ON GOTTA GO” Capt terry
